My Favourites
The system administrator can create a custom list of reports and functions per user (which a subset of the complete list of functions and report available to that user). The custom list is called My Favourites and is set up from the AMT homepage.
Click on the My Favourites tab on the left side of AMT’s main menu and then click Edit
. The Function Hierarchy screen displays. You can create your own tree structure on the right-hand side, and then add into each branch the relevant reports/functions.
For example:
- My Monthly Reports
- Cost Analysis – To Date
- Cost Analysis – Life Cycle
- Availability
- High Risk
- High Opportunity
- My Forecasting Reports
- Changeout Analysis
- Labour Forecast – Hours
- Forecast Cost Worksheet
To save changes click Save. Close the Function Hierarchy screen, and click Refresh on the My Favourites tab to see the new structure. Now, every time you log into AMT, you will see your favourites first.
Click My Functions at any time to see the original list of all functions and reports you have access to.
